All freight services arranged through GlobaNex are subject to the standard trading conditions of the relevant carrier and, where applicable, the British International Freight Association (BIFA) Standard Trading Conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GlobaNex and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content on the Site
• Delays, loss, or damage to goods in transit (which are governed by the applicable carrier's terms and cargo insurance)

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed £500 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months, whichever is greater.
